"Marching" up to Bempton Cliffs

"Thirsty Elephant" aka Staple Newk

The weather remains rather "quiet", with light wind, but very dull and grey with thick cloud. A light mist also prevails. So much for the arrival of spring!

I decided to visit Staple Newk this morning and attempt some atmospheric black and white images that I feel may complement the dullness of the day.

During lockdown, I have made some interesting "friends" on my walks! They listen well but do not answer back!

One of them on the cliff top is always "very pleased to see me"! 😇

A new one this morning at Staple Newk, a bit big headed but a "friend" none the less!

All images taken handheld with Sony RX10 mk4.

Please stay safe on your LOCAL exercise walk in nature.
