"Marching up to Bempton Cliffs (Some of the Birds)

Gannet

A rather pleasant but cool spring morning greeted me on my local exercise walk to Bempton Cliffs. Year ticks of Curlew (top of Cliff Lane) and Rock Pipit were obtained. Otherwise, Gannets (1000's) were again the dominant birds with fewer Fulmars and two Barn Owls showed well. Lapwings (6) were displaying in the "old potato field. Again, no sign of any Auks or Kittiwakes.
