Scarborough - Seamer Tip Pool; Burton Riggs and Seamer Road Mere.

Common Scoter, Seamer Road Mere

Another glorious spring morning, hard frost, light mist, sunshine and mild and a change of scenery, heading to the Seamer area of Scarborough, not visited for well over fifteen months! Well worth it for six year ticks and the bubbling sound of Warblers.  Year ticks were Willow Warbler, Little Egret, Gadwall, Common Sandpiper, Dabchick and Common Scoter. The downside to a fantastic morning was the amount of litter scattered around, dog mess and poop bags hanging in trees and scattered around on the ground.
