Fulmar
Could this be typical Easter weather setting in? Various shades of grey, bitterly cold north wind off the sea and the threat of snow! Oh well, may keep the crowds down.
I have to say that I am finding it difficult to adapt to the gradual release under lockdown. Since March 2020, I have been walking and watching / taking images of what I see during my walks. I'm not really bird watching and rarely stand in one spot for more than a few minutes. As a result, I am missing many birds and early migration seems to be passing me by. Stuck in a rut, springs to mind!
Bird wise, a bit of a clear out of Razorbills and Puffins from the ledges, but Guillemots remain in good numbers. Gannets, Herring Gulls, Kittiwakes and Fulmars dominate.
This morning, I had my first "obliging" Hare i.e. close enough to get an image!
I'm always looking out for something different and this morning I spotted a "Hedgehog mound"!

I visited bempton today for the first time in over a year cold and windy but great to be at the coast I’ve missed it keep safe
It’s a great place and can be cold even in the middle of summer! I try to find different things to take images of but it can be repetitive. Sometimes I need to get away, but lockdown has prevented that, but now it is easing I’ll venture further afield.
