Northumberland 6th - 9th September 2021

Heather & Symphony on Lindisfarne

Have you missed me? No I thought not! Probably grateful that I haven't been posting! Well, we have taken a short break in Northumberland, one of our favourite counties, based in Belford and concentrating on the coast from Lindisfarne to Dunstanburgh (Craster). Of course, I just happened to take my cameras with me and here follows a few posts, not necessarily in any order, concentrating on landscapes, wildlife and some "touristy" type images. You could say that this blog page is the "touristy" one!

I just loved the smell and atmosphere of the fish smoking houses in Craster

The weather was a mixture of dull, cloudy, sunny, misty but very mild. At Seahouses, the view out to Inner Farne, was rather atmospheric

The campsite in Belford had some fantastic domestic creatures roaming around

Symphony had a good time, I think we knackered her with all of the exercise!

We only had one episode for Symphony to end up here!

All images taken handheld with Sony RX10 Mk4.
