Bempton Sunrise Walk - 16th September 2021

Black Browed Albatross

An early start this morning in order to capture the sunrise on Bempton Cliffs (subject of another blog page). The sun rose properly as I stood on Staple Newk viewpoint, very impressive, but then, at 0630hrs, the long staying Black Browed Albatross also rose and flew around Staple Newk Rock. It was also a pleasure to capture it in the "golden" light, post sunrise.
