Flamborough Head Gets My "Seal" of Approval! - 13th April 2022

I thought I would head over to Flamborough Head this morning, my first visit this year, despite it being only five miles away! It was a lovely morning but a coastal sea fret caused activation of the foghorn. Such a penetrating but feeble sound, why cant we have something big and booming again, instead of something that sounds like a non-male f*rt? Anyway, I was awestruck when I spotted the "herd" of seals, chilling out on the beach below. So long since I've seen so many and so close!

All seal images taken from the cliff top with telephoto lenses so as not to cause any distress to the animals. These images are taken handheld with Canon 7D Mk2 and 400mm 5.6 prime lens.

The following images taken handheld with Sony RX10 Mk4.

And a couple of views
