Local Exercise Walk to Bempton Cliffs - Some of the Birds

Grey Partridges

The very strong, bitterly cold, easterly wind was a challenge to photography this morning! Couple this with rather dull light despite a rather nice sunrise, and up goes the ISO!

Best birds of the morning goes to a couple of Grey Partridges on Cliff Lane (above)

Despite the strong wind, a few more Gannets are taking up their places on the Cliffs

And with very small numbers of Guillemots

Gannets in flight

And Fulmars in flight

And finally, Goldfinch

Birds that did not wish to be photographed - Barn Owl, Stonechat, Fieldfares, Seed Eaters including Yellowhammers, Linnets, Corn Buntings, Tree Sparrows et al.

All images taken handheld with my Sony RX10 mk4.

Please stay safe on your exercise walk in nature.
