Local Exercise Walk to Bempton Cliffs

Redwing

A bitterly cold morning with a strong south easterly blow, grey and dull, with no hope of a sunrise, so it was a later than normal local exercise walk to the cliffs. Light rain before dawn made some of the already icy stretches more treacherous (cue Bambi on Ice). It was also very quiet wildlife wise with most sensibly hunkered down!

Bird images taken handheld with my Canon 7D mk2 and 400mm 5.6 lens.

The following images taken handheld with my Sony RX10 mk4.

Overall, not a lot to excite!

Please stay safe on your local exercise walk in nature.
