Local Exercise Walk to Bempton Cliffs

Sunrise, Bempton Cliffs

It looks as though the "Beast of the East" has been tamed (probably temporarily!). Very low temperatures have frozen the land and snow with roads and paths becoming very slippery. My morning local exercise walk was just that - very hard exercise trudging through the remaining snow drifts and avoiding the ice. The early morning had the promise of a good day but some of the clouds presented as a threat, luckily not fulfilled! Blue sky and sunshine enhanced the feel good factor - long may it last!

Staple Newk will soon be white with Gannets, for the moment white with residue snow

Grandstand has a new "ice" feature

Another new friend this morning, not very talkative but very pleased to see me!😇

Please stay safe on your local exercise walk in nature.
