Meadow Pipit
An hour later than normal getting to the cliffs as at 0500 a sea fret enveloped the village! It burned off very quickly and when I set out, blue sky could be seen and it was very warm with sunshine on the tops. Very light winds as an additional bonus!
Another Meadow Pipit, check out that hind claw!...
I couldn't resist capturing this Carrion Crow in black and white...
Kittiwakes...
Mum's asleep, come on...!
I'm not sure what is actually happening here? This young Kittiwake constantly "bit" at it's obviously younger sibling, which did not move. It could have perished. Parent bird looks on unconcerned...
Check out that Kittiwake tongue! I often refer to them as "vampire" birds due to the redness around their beaks!...
Gannets with their rapidly growing young (Guga)...

Post sea fret, and with the sun shining, the vegetation took on a "sparkling" look. I tried to capture it with my iPhone7 and felt some were better in black and white!...
