Bempton Cliffs - 15th June 2020

Razorbill with Jumpling

A slightly better morning, still retaining the sea fret, although a few clearer periods occurred before it came back at you! It was very mild though.

A bit of a "cutie" morning with the young of Razorbill, Guillemot, Kittiwake and Gannet showing well. Best bird of the morning was seeing the Puffling in the Puffin's nest near Grandstand viewpoint. The Puffling is still quite small, at the back of the nest tunnel, but to dark for any images.

I'll start off with some "cuties"!

Kittiwake...

Razorbills...

I was lucky to catch a parent bringing in sand eels!

Guillemots...

Gannet...

One of my favourite seabirds is the Fulmar. This morning I was able to capture a pair in close-up...

Bridled Guillemot...

Puffins...

You've got to admire a Poppy...

And finally, a post of a random post because I like posts!...
