Exercise Walks in May 2020

Barn Owl

You mean that despite all of the risks, they are still coming? A weather forecast of sunny periods equated to early rain and wintery showers as we embarked on our daily exercise walk! It also remained bitterly cold with a continuing north wind. Certainly not a morning for lingering!

The local Barn Owl was active again, but apart from a fly over, remained distant...

On the cliffs, I was lucky enough to witness a little bit of Gannet love with the exchange of a precious gift...

Although the north wind was still cold and strong, it was possible to stand upright and hold the camera still! Decided to have a go at BiF (birds in flight)...

Gannets

Fulmar

Kittiwakes

And Razorbill...

A typical cliff view...

And some Gannet portraits...

Roe Deer Buck...

And, Brown Hare...

Please remember to say safe and follow all current government instructions. Failure to do so will result in having to explain yourself to...

All of Bempton Cliffs visitor facilities are currently closed.
