Filey Dams ("Those" Birds et.al.!) - 17th July 2023

Avocet

An early morning hour at Filey Dams in the hope that yesterdays Spoonbill had stayed. Ha! Ha! it had gone, typical, but not unexpected, and thinking of changing my name to "day late Kevin"! Still the Avocet pair were present with their three chicks, as well as two Common Sandpipers and one distant Green Plover.
