Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay - 8th July 2023

A very bright and pleasantly warm start to the day, blue sky and sunshine, However, the forecast is not good for midday! Two wanders around the harbour in between setting up the market stall.

Bridlington Bay

Bridlington Harbour

Heart stopping moments this morning when neither of the Bridlington, King Street Kittiwake chicks could be seen. Eventually one appeared and after a much longer period, the second was seen. Phew! The nest is obviously quite deep. Being surrounded by Herring Gulls, the parent Kittiwakes will be on constant alert.

Thank you for looking.
