Tophill Low - 22nd June 2021

Marsh Harrier

An early(ish) start this morning, leaving Bempton at 0430hrs and headed to Tophill Low, my first visit since October 2020! I thought it would be busy, but I first in the car park and I only met three other people as I walked the whole reserve! This meant I had most of the hides to myself, including the Izzard! I'm not a hide dweller, spending only 20minutes, 30 at most before moving on. A lovely morning, sunny, mild but a moderate blow. Not a lot of variety on the pools, with most of my images being taken from the Izzard hide. I left the reserve well before 0900hrs!
