Sunrise Walk to Bempton Cliffs - 16th December 2021

Another very pleasant early winter morning had me walking up to the cliffs and as usual, I was not to be disappointed! There was no red pre-sunrise, predominantly it was a vey "watery" orange! This might have given a golden glow to any seabirds on the cliffs, but alas, there were very few, in fact only Fulmars!

As the sun rises, always look behind you! A red hue over Filey Bay with mist

There is always someone / something watching you! In this case a Roe Deer

Quite distant over the reserves southern boundary, a flock of c40 Lapwing
