Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay (Some of the Birds) - 8th December 2021

Purple Sandpiper

A rather horrid day weather wise and an even more challenging day for photography. With (hopefully) the back end of storm Barra passing through, the strong winds and rain that it deposited, was rude to say the least! It was difficult to find birds in the harbour and bay due to a high tide and very rough sea. The light was also crap 😇! I eventually found Redshanks huddled together and c10 Purple Sandpipers close to the Harbour Cafe.
