Bempton Cliffs Walk - 1st February 2023

Bottle Nose Dolphins

For a change, our walk to the cliffs this morning was undertaken mid-morning in......daylight! It felt very strange, but was worth it when a large pod of Bottle Nose Dolphins came into view!

Also, my first sighting of Gannets on the ledges! One at Bartlett Nab and six at Jubilee Corner, I didn't visit the southern viewpoints.

I had hoped that Fulmars would be close around the cliffs for some flight shots, but they seemed to have disappeared! Had to make do with Gannets!

Along the way

This stone hasn't rolled in a while!

Who can resist Snowdrops?

Lovely Gorse against the sea

Thank you for looking.
