Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay (Landscapes) - 4th February 2023

Cobles - Free Spirit & Madeline Isabella

Market day so walks around the harbour were in order! First walk, as usual was well before day break, no sunrise was visible and the day remained very dull, with thick cloud and a few easy to miss bright intervals. It was very mild and a light wind failed to chill.

Pre-dawn

Not a pleasant sight, high risk to wildlife

My afternoon walk drew my attention to some of the working boats

It was good to see two of the cobles out, Free Spirit and Madeline Isabella

The Pirate boat was also out

Here, considering "rape & pillage" on Flamborough Headland!

Here, checking the value of a coble!

Here, chasing fishing vessel, Moyalon, which reached the safety of the harbour!

Thank you for looking.
