Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay - 11th May 2022

 

Yorkshire Belle

A bit of a blow today with showers, occasionally heavy, thick cloud and dull. Not the best conditions for market day, but leaving our vans on to protect our stalls, allowed me (and Symphony) extra walks around the harbour area. I was pleased to be able to capture the Yorkshire Belle departing the harbour for a trip to Bempton Cliffs as well as her return several hours later.

Photographers sometimes use scrim nets as camouflage when taking wildlife images. Here is the Herring Gull alternative, creeping up to steal chips!
