Garden Moths (Bempton) - 7th/8th July 2022

Gothic

We put the moth trap out again last night and the following are the overnight residents. Please remember that we are complete novices at mothing and welcome any corrections (we expect to make many mistakes), and advice. I tend to use google lens for an idea before looking in our moth book (Concise Guide to the Moths of Great Britain and Ireland). Due to having a small, wild garden, we only put the moth trap out once weekly, enabling the moths to go about their natural lives.
