Bempton Cliffs Walk (Wildlife) - 26th July 2022

Red Tailed (Turkestan) Shrike

A much cooler and cloudier start to the day with my walk taking me to the cliffs by way of Metlands. I was struck by the number of Hares, including Leverets that were in the local fields. I cannot say that I have seen so many and they were certainly very lively!

Brown Hare

Oh look, a Red Tailed (Turkestan) Shrike demanded my attention!

Barn Owls were hunting over Metlands and Bempton Cliffs
