Bempton Cliffs Walk (Landscapes) - 22nd July 2022

Fields of Gold

A rather grey, dull and cloudy start to the morning, but still very mild. Our walk took us to the cliffs via Blakehowe Lane, Stonepit Lane and the permissive path through Metlands. Return was the reverse. Of particular interest this morning, despite the dullness, were the fields of dry grass and golden crops. Let us hope that they will not be affected by any wild fires.
