Bempton Cliffs Walk (Wildlife) - 25th March 2022

Meadow Pipit

And another gorgeous spring morning with blue sky, sunshine and very mild, just right for a walk to the cliffs, although I did feel a tad overdressed. All of the eight main breeding seabirds were present, on the cliffs, on the sea and in flight. Guillemot and Razorbill numbers were down compared to yesterday, but Puffins were easy to locate. For a change, I gave my Sony RX10 a rest and used my Canon 7D Mk2 with 400mm 5.6 prime lens. It felt so strange in both weight and settings!
