Bempton Cliffs Sunrise Walk (Wildlife) - 24th March 2022

Puffin (this is why optics are required!)

A beautiful spring morning with a golden sunrise (subject of another blog post). The cliffs were full of Auks (Puffins, Guillemots and Razorbills), with many observed mating. Fulmars seemed to be fewer in numbers and Kittiwakes still reluctant to return.

Razorbills

Nothing like a bit of cloacal rubbing to start the day 😇
