Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay (Some of the Birds) - 26th February 2022

Purple Sandpiper

A decent day at last! I missed the low tide waders due to capturing images of the sunrise (separate blog post), so when I did get back to the harbour, the tide was covering most of the mud. I managed to capture Turnstone and Purple Sandpiper on the harbour rocks and Sanderling on the last remaining sand. The Redshanks were hunkered down at the back of the fish dock and I couldn't find any Dunlin or anything else of interest!
