Ardnamurchan Adventures 20th - 27th May 2019 (Part 2)

Pine Martin

One of the mammals I really wanted to see whilst on Ardnamurchan was the Pine Martin. The Ardnamurchan bunkhouse was ideally placed to see these wild, enigmatic creatures. They were fed and several Pine Martins visited but not at the same time! Appearing mainly at dusk, it was difficult to capture clear images through the lounge windows, resulting in grainy images. I was lucky enough to see one in daytime, but alas, also through glass. Still, more than happy with the outcomes!
