Cock Robin Wood, Rugby, Dragonflies & Butterfly - 2nd September 2024

Speckled Wood Butterfly

The pond in Cock Robin Wood held a number of Dragonflies and Damselflies, very small and very quick, proving a challenge! I am not particularly good on identification of these creatures and stand to be corrected.

Western Willow Spreadwing ???

Common Darter Dragonfly (male)

Azure Bluet Damselfly ???

Two for the price of one!

Thank you for looking.
