Scarborough, New Years Day Walk (Some of the Birds) - 1st January 2023

Whooper Swan

A very pleasant New Years Day walk around Scarborough in sunshine but a tad on the cool side. We started at the harbour before heading to Scalby Mills, where we walked along the north beach, through the open air theatre to Peasholm Park and Glen before returning to Scalby Mills. Highlights of the day were Dipper in Peasholm Glen, Kingfisher in Peasholm Park, Med Gulls at Holbeck and Whooper Swan at the Mere.
