Bempton Cliffs Sunrise Walk (Some of the Birds) - 14th January 2022

Jackdaw in Golden Light

It seems a long time since I took any images of wildlife! I was determined to capture something today, especially as it was a glorious mid winter day. The cliffs held thousands of Guillemots with more on the sea and in flight. Fulmars several hundred as they gracefully toured the cliffs. A Grey Partridge was in the arable field and at least one hundred Lapwings flew around the neighbouring stubble field.
