At One with all Nature

Short-eared Owl with Kestrel

Times are so difficult and guidance is so very ambiguous. You can exercise once a day but you cannot include leisure or recreation in this. Surely then you cannot exercise? Unless you are an elite athlete, then exercise surely becomes both a leisure and recreational activity, which is not allowed! You cannot take a drink or food because this is deemed a picnic, even if you keep moving! Walking with binoculars or camera is similarly is frowned upon! I cannot get my head around being allowed to walk locally but not being able to observe and record nature as it happens! I'm sure that the government is deliberately ambiguous to make things very difficult in order to place us in the wrong! This strategy does not help my mental health at all 😕😕😕.

The following previously unpublished images are, as the title implies "at one with all nature.

Most of the breeding seabirds on the cliffs throughout the UK leave after their duty is complete and spend nearly all of the winter on the North Atlantic seas. However, Guillemots return to the ledges at unpredictable times, in varying numbers and length of time. No one really knows why!

Views, especially sunrises can be stunning
