Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay (Birds) - 30th September 2023

"Tranquillity"

High tide this morning so I didn't go in search of waders! Around the harbour & bay it was noticeable the numbers of Kittiwakes and Auks (Razorbills & Guillemots), still present.

Aspects of Bridlington Harbour & Bay (Landscapes) - 30th September 2023

A very high tide this morning, but thankfully any overtopping & flooding was averted by the lack of onshore wind. Some large puddles on Harbour Road were the result of water coming up through the drains.

Bempton Cliffs Sunrise Walk - 29th September 2023

I really didn't think I would get any images of a sunrise this morning, as when I left home it was grey with just a hint of brightness. Earlier, I had attempted, but failed to get images of the full "harvest" moon due to cloud. However, walking up Cliff Lane, things changed dramatically and I was treated to a lovely, "diffused" and golden sunrise! It is good to be out in the great outdoors!
