Bempton Cliffs Sunrise Walk - 7th April 2023

I had hoped for a spectacular sunrise this morning, but as I walked up Cliff Lane, it was obvious that a thick barrier of low cloud was sitting on the horizon! This usually means that the sunrise is "secondary" when it rises above the cloud base.

A quick look away from the sunrise

The cloud kept moving inland, eventually causing a dull morning!

Thank you for looking.
