Grey Phalarope Compilation, Thornwick Pool, Flamborough - 7th February 2020

Sometimes, timing is on your side! Walked into the main hide at Thornwick to find this little beauty just outside! Up until now, the bird has been distant but today I must have had my lucky underpants on! It stayed just in front of the hide for about 10 minutes before continuing feeding and eventually moving further out. Some very happy birders in the hide at 1315hrs!
