Hi Kevin,
ReplyDeleteSome lovely photo`s on your blog, that I have found via Jan at ShySongbird.
I am hoping one day to own a DSLR, but at the moment have to be content with `Digiscoping`, maybe one day I will get shots that are as good as yours!

Hi John - many thanks for taking the time to look at my blog and make comment. I have now linked your blog and will follow it with interest.
ReplyDeleteNice shots again Kevin.Nice to see the KF's are showing from the Carlton hide.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Max. The Kf (2) were on the far pole but one eventually came onto the post in front of the hide. As usual, the light was wrong as it is at Carlton in the mornings.
ReplyDeleteHi Kevin,
ReplyDeletethanks for taking the time to post all this! We're in Leamington next weekend and looking for somewhere for a spot of birding, just found your blog... looks like Brandon Marsh is the place to be! Our home patch is Bungay in Suffolk (about 15m from Minsmere).
Cheers,
Paul & Anna
Hi Paul & Anna - thanks for taking the time to comment on my blog. Brandon Marsh is an excellent place to visit but can be a busy at peak times. I f you haven't seen the links in my side bar, if you click on Brandon Marsh, you will get up to date sightings info. Clicking on Warwickshire Wildlife Trust will get you reserve details and acess etc. If you have time, Draycote Water is closeby and is worth a look, but a bit quiet bird wise at the moment. Good luck and enjoy your time in this area.
