Filey - 18th - 20th November 2024

Filey Brigg from Carr Naze

Interesting times! We have obtained a small campervan and needed to try it out, so we booked into a local campsite at Filey for a couple of nights. We survived and everything worked which is a big plus point. However, we were certainly challenged by the weather, I think we had everything thrown at us - bright sunshine, rain, sleet, snow, very strong winds, freezing temperatures et.al.! We still managed to get in some decent walks around Filey.

Does anyone else see a mystical beast carrying a mystical beast?

And finally, meet "Dora the Explorer", our campervan. The snowy scenes got progressively worse, creating a very challenging drive home!

Thank you for looking.
