South Landing, Flamborough - 5th April 2019

Yellowhammer

A pleasant walk around South Landing in beautiful sunshine, but a bitterly cold easterly blow. Thankfully, most of the walk was sheltered and I hoped for migrants but very few present. I did manage three year ticks with Blackcap, Goldcrest and Tawny Owl, the latter partly hidden, as expected, in it's usual place.

Treecreeper

Male Blackcap

Wren in full song

Yellowhammer

Busy Great Tit

Chiffchaff

Watchful Waiting - Kestrel
