Filey Dams - 9th August 2018

Black Tailed Godwit

Filey Dams of late has been holding a good number of waders, so a brief visit this morning was called for! I really wanted to get Greenshank on my year list but the bird here commuted between the Dams and East Lea and stayed clear of where I was! However, some pleasant photo opportunities of the other waders that were more obliging begged to be taken!

Green Sandpiper

Dunlin

Redshank

Lapwing

Snipe
