Fulmar
Having suffered a week of sea frets, rain and cold winds, today on the cliffs was very pleasant! Warm sunshine and wall to wall blue skies made me wish I was wearing shorts! Certainly not complaining though! The day started well with a Spotted Flycatcher in a dead Willow near the visitor centre and c7 Whinchat in the hedge close to Mosey Downgate viewpoint. The cliffs held good numbers of Gannets, many still with Gugas of varying ages and Fulmar were very active. It was a good to be alive with nature day!
