Brandon Marsh.

With an occupational health appointment this afternoon in the city of peace and reconciliation, I was able to pay a late afternoon visit to Brandon Marsh in the hope of ticking Wood Sandpiper for my year list. It had been reported on Teal pool and this was my first stop but only two Green Sandpipers were found here. Over to East Marsh Hide and the Wood Sandpiper was located.......on the far bank, and it refused to come any closer! Also of note were Little Ringed Plover, Common Sandpiper, a Little Egret and two very entertaining Grey Herons.
