Scarborough Harbour (Birds) - 20th December 2022

Redshank

An afternoon visit to Scarborough, enabling Heather to engage in some retail therapy, while I wander around the harbour area with Symphony. Bird and wildlife wise, it was very quiet with just a few expected species posing for the camera. I was unable to see the Purple Sandpiper roost on the rock armour due to "wussey" Symphony being scared of the sound of the waves and refused to climb onto the harbour wall!
