Сибирский чиффчафф at RSPB Bempton Cliffs! - 2nd November 2017

Сибирский чиффчафф - Siberian Chiffchaff

Had a trip out to Wykeham Lakes this morning for the first time and managed to pick up on three Yorkshire ticks and my first sightings for three years of a Red Necked Grebe, Whooper Swans (c5 -2adult) and Egyptian Geese (10)!  No images due to light and distance but great to see! Also groups of Pochard, Goldeneye and several Pink Footed Geese amongst the Canada's and Grey Lags. Somewhere to return to!

In the afternoon, a dog walk up to Bempton Cliffs got me onto my first Siberian Chiffchaff and a very showy one too! All in all, a great day birding!
