WWT Ashlawn Cutting Reserve - 16th April 2015

Peacock Butterfly

It was a very pleasant day so I decided to take a walk along the southern part of the Ashlawn Cutting Reserve. Nothing special, just a collection of wildlife that caught my eye (and remained still for long enough!). Sightings list at end of post.

Great Tit; Rook; Blue Tit; Robin; Blackbird; Goldfinch; Jackdaw; Carrion Crow; Magpie; Greenfinch; Chaffinch; Black Headed Gull; Dunnock; Wren; Starling; Song Thrush; Blackcap; Chiffchaff; LBB Gull; Green Woodpecker; Willow Warbler; Skylark; Long Tailed Tit; Mistle Thrush.

Orange Tip; Brimstone; Small Tortoiseshell; Peacock; Large White.
