Short Eared Owls

Who can resist these fantastic Owls? A return to Maidwell was well overdue and I needed to try out my new Canon 400mm 5.6 lens. Of course, some of the big lenses had to get closer!

  3. Superb shots. As for the 3 togs - I don't know why people feel the need to go where they're not supposed to. There were 2 togs when I went recently, camped out along the hedgerow, nowhere near the public footpath. Infuriates me, and several others I know!
