Waxwings - at last!

At last, my quest for Waxwings has been fulfilled. News filtered out that eleven of these fantastic birds were taking advantage of the berries on the edge of an industrial estate. Being off work due to a very nasty viral chest infection, I had to wait several days (with fingers crossed) that they would still be about when my condition improved. I am pleased that eight of the birds waited for me! I now only have to wait for them to oblige me in Warwickshire!

  4. Thanks ShySongbird - feeling much better now. I am glad you appreciate my images. I just hope that I can get Waxwings nearer home now - they seem to avoid spending much time in Warwickshire!

  6. Cheers, Keith. My quest continues to get them in Warwickshire (preferably Rugby!) and is expanded to include Brambling which will now be a two year tick!
